涂裝電鍍純水設(she)備(bei)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)的(de)制(zhi)備(bei)工(gong)藝(yi)通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)采(cai)用離子(zi)交換(huan)(huan)樹脂(zhi)進行(xing)(xing)制(zhi)取,但采(cai)用離子(zi)交換(huan)(huan)樹脂(zhi)通(tong)常(chang)需(xu)要經常(chang)性的(de)進行(xing)(xing)樹脂(zhi)再生,即(ji)耗費物力(li)又浪費人工(gong)。我們公司經過多年實(shi)踐,同時結合新的(de)膜分離技術,采(cai)用低壓反滲透加(jia)離子(zi)交換(huan)(huan)系統(tong)(tong)(或EDI)相結合用來制(zhi)備(bei)電鍍超純水,該工(gong)藝(yi)與傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)工(gong)藝(yi)相比具有(you)運行(xing)(xing)成本低,運行(xing)(xing)可靠。
