來水(shui)(shui)(shui)(上(shang)(shang)級(ji)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)或(huo)待處理水(shui)(shui)(shui))經分配水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)進入(ru)(ru)進濾(lv)(lv)器,自上(shang)(shang)而下地過濾(lv)(lv),當濾(lv)(lv)后(hou)(hou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通過水(shui)(shui)(shui)帽到(dao)達并充滿集水(shui)(shui)(shui)區后(hou)(hou),開始(shi)經由(you)連通管(guan)進入(ru)(ru)清水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang),清水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)也稱沖洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang),當清水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)滿后(hou)(hou)由(you)溢流(liu)管(guan)道外送。由(you)于(yu)(yu)濾(lv)(lv)層不(bu)斷(duan)截(jie)留進水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)懸浮物,濾(lv)(lv)層的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)頭損失逐漸增加(jia),使(shi)得虹(hong)吸(xi)(xi)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)。當水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)進入(ru)(ru)虹(hong)吸(xi)(xi)輔(fu)助管(guan)口(kou)時(shi),水(shui)(shui)(shui)自該(gai)管(guan)開始(shi)下落,下落工程中(zhong)(zhong),由(you)于(yu)(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)通過抽氣管(guan)將虹(hong)吸(xi)(xi)下降管(guan)內(nei)的(de)空氣帶走(zou),形(xing)成真空(負壓)。當負壓到(dao)達設計值時(shi),便發生虹(hong)吸(xi)(xi)現象,此時(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自下而上(shang)(shang)地反(fan)洗使(shi)濾(lv)(lv)料得以(yi)“再(zai)生”。由(you)于(yu)(yu)連續不(bu)斷(duan)反(fan)洗濾(lv)(lv)層,清水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)中(zhong)(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)下降至(zhi)破壞斗時(shi),虹(hong)吸(xi)(xi)作(zuo)用(yong)被破壞,反(fan)洗結(jie)束,過濾(lv)(lv)裝置(zhi)又重(zhong)新開始(shi)工作(zuo)。
無閥濾(lv)池的(de)沖(chong)洗是全自動的(de),有時因(yin)管(guan)(guan)理(li)上的(de)需要,在濾(lv)池水(shui)(shui)頭損失還沒有達到最(zui)大(da)時就(jiu)需要沖(chong)洗,為此設有強(qiang)(qiang)制(zhi)沖(chong)洗器,強(qiang)(qiang)制(zhi)沖(chong)洗器利用(yong)(yong)壓(ya)力水(shui)(shui)造成(cheng)輔助管(guan)(guan)內產生負壓(ya),通過抽氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)的(de)作用(yong)(yong)形成(cheng)虹吸(xi)。
